Build and optimize outbound go-to-market systems that identify and engage prospects, generate qualified pipeline, and improve conversion. The role combines prospecting, AI and automation, data analysis, GTM experimentation, CRM and sales technology workflows, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership. The engineer will develop scalable prospecting processes and repeatable growth playbooks for customers in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise SaaS deals, including outbound pipeline creation, discovery, pilots, ROI development, stakeholder management, legal and security evaluations, closing, forecasting, and account expansion. Sell AI-powered supplier management solutions to manufacturing and distribution executives, while partnering with founders, product, and engineering teams. The role requires self-sourcing 40–60% of pipeline and regularly closing six-figure ARR deals.

Build backend systems, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations for customer procurement, ERP, finance, and operational workflows. Work directly with customers to clarify requirements, design scalable solutions, debug distributed integrations, and support technical deployments. Partner with Product and Engineering to identify reusable platform patterns while balancing customer-specific needs with long-term product direction.
