Build and optimize outbound go-to-market systems that identify and engage prospects, generate qualified pipeline, and improve conversion. The role combines prospecting, AI and automation, data analysis, GTM experimentation, CRM and sales technology workflows, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership. The engineer will develop scalable prospecting processes and repeatable growth playbooks for customers in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise SaaS deals, including outbound pipeline creation, discovery, pilots, ROI development, stakeholder management, legal and security evaluations, closing, forecasting, and account expansion. Sell AI-powered supplier management solutions to manufacturing and distribution executives, while partnering with founders, product, and engineering teams. The role requires self-sourcing 40–60% of pipeline and regularly closing six-figure ARR deals.

Build backend systems, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations for customer procurement, ERP, finance, and operational workflows. Work directly with customers to clarify requirements, design scalable solutions, debug distributed integrations, and support technical deployments. Partner with Product and Engineering to identify reusable platform patterns while balancing customer-specific needs with long-term product direction.

Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and workflow automations for enterprise customers. Translate complex procurement, ERP, finance, and operational workflows into scalable technical systems. Work directly with customers, clarify requirements, debug distributed integrations, and partner with Product and Engineering to develop reusable platform capabilities. The role requires strong systems thinking, customer communication, and backend engineering expertise.

Lead customer AI agent deployments from scoping through adoption and value realization. Map procurement and supply chain workflows, identify automation opportunities, configure and tune agents, and coordinate implementation stakeholders. Advise customers on ROI, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap feedback, support renewals and expansion, and create scalable deployment playbooks. The role includes occasional onsite customer workshops and deployment support.

Lead end-to-end customer deployments of AI agents for procurement and supply chain workflows. Responsibilities include mapping processes, designing implementation plans, configuring and tuning agents, coordinating stakeholders, driving adoption and ROI, creating deployment playbooks, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the platform and support expansion.
