As a Staff Full Stack Developer, you will lead technical strategy and oversee both frontend and backend developments, ensuring integration and performance of Dialogue's ServiceOS while mentoring the engineering team.

Lead and evolve the company design system to increase adoption, consistency, accessibility, and developer productivity. Build components, tokens, docs, tests, and contribution workflows; partner with squads for migration and enablement; identify and fix UI quality and accessibility gaps; improve design-engineering handoffs and pairing; and explore responsible AI tooling to accelerate UI work.
