Lead and develop a team of senior account managers serving strategic enterprise clients. Drive retention, expansion, and client advocacy through value-based account strategies, executive relationships, cross-functional alignment, and influencing product and clinical direction. Represent Dialogue externally and ensure sustainable growth and measurable client value.

Lead and develop a partner-facing team to manage large, complex accounts, drive retention and revenue expansion, and build scalable processes. Use Salesforce and analytics to monitor performance, run executive reviews, support negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to improve partner experience and operational effectiveness.

Design, implement and maintain secure, cost-effective platform infrastructure. Improve monitoring/observability, automate operational tasks, support product teams, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to infrastructure code and roadmap.
