The Partnerships Manager will acquire new partnerships and manage existing ones to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, and fostering strategic relationships, focusing on both new and existing partner accounts.

Lead Dialogue's member lifecycle marketing: build roadmap across awareness, registration, engagement, and retention; design multi-channel and trigger-based journeys; run experiments, optimize conversion and budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive member activation and engagement.

Lead and develop a team of senior account managers serving strategic enterprise clients. Drive retention, expansion, and client advocacy through value-based account strategies, executive relationships, cross-functional alignment, and influencing product and clinical direction. Represent Dialogue externally and ensure sustainable growth and measurable client value.

Own the full sales cycle in net-new eastern territories for organizations up to 1,500 employees. Build outbound pipeline, lead multi-stakeholder consultative deals, collaborate with internal teams and partners, present to executives, and close contracts to hit quota.

Lead and develop a partner-facing team to manage large, complex accounts, drive retention and revenue expansion, and build scalable processes. Use Salesforce and analytics to monitor performance, run executive reviews, support negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to improve partner experience and operational effectiveness.

Design, implement and maintain secure, cost-effective platform infrastructure. Improve monitoring/observability, automate operational tasks, support product teams, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to infrastructure code and roadmap.

As a Psychotherapist, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, support clients' mental health, and collaborate with internal teams to provide care. You will also ensure patient safety and deliver evidence-based interventions.
