Lead and manage specification writing across projects, advise project teams on specifications and contracting, mentor junior staff, maintain building science expertise, and support business development and technical innovation.

Administer mechanical construction contracts and site documentation, review shop drawings and progress claims, coordinate stakeholders and trades, perform site reviews for contract conformance, respond to RFIs/CCNs/SIs, manage submittals and change notices, and support dispute resolution and project closeout including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

The Intermediate Mechanical Engineer will design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, coordinate projects from concept to construction, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
