Manage and enforce BIM processes and standards across multidisciplinary projects. Maintain project models, templates, and worksharing; perform model audits, clash detection, and coordination reviews; support documentation, information exchanges, and Revit/BIM tool guidance; and contribute to BIM standards improvement and automation.

The Sustainability Specialist will support sustainable building design initiatives by collaborating with teams, managing projects, conducting analysis for certifications, and promoting energy efficiency and environmental standards.

Administer mechanical construction contracts and site documentation, review shop drawings and progress claims, coordinate stakeholders and trades, perform site reviews for contract conformance, respond to RFIs/CCNs/SIs, manage submittals and change notices, and support dispute resolution and project closeout including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
