Manages financial and office operations for a multi-unit food service operation. Responsibilities include financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash reconciliation, invoicing, purchasing, audit tracking, HR administration, staff supervision, and vendor coordination. The role also supports food safety and health and safety compliance, prepares management reports, resolves NetSuite and vendor issues, and liaises with dining units, clients, and senior leadership.

Administer and continuously improve Dexterra’s Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID and Copilot. Responsibilities include governance, security, compliance, automation, troubleshooting, migrations and integrations. The role provides Tier 2/3 engineering support, develops PowerShell and API-based solutions, and partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable collaboration and AI-enabled capabilities.

Administer and support NetSuite, OneStream, and related financial applications. Provide user support, manage configurations and access, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and upgrades, maintain documentation and controls, and partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders on requirements, process improvements, integrations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, automation, and AI initiatives.
