Supports daily HR operations and employee experience by responding to questions about benefits, payroll, allowances, and HR programs; preparing employee documentation; maintaining accurate Workday records; hosting onboarding sessions; producing HR reports, dashboards, and metrics; supporting work permit processes; and assisting with HR initiatives.

Supervises and develops a media planning team, guides client and media strategies, oversees planning quality and campaign execution, supports media buying, resolves campaign issues, prepares client reporting, and contributes to new business efforts. The role promotes data-driven optimization, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and effective use of media budgets and technology.

Supports media planners with communications strategies, tactical planning, campaign documentation, reporting, and media plan implementation. Uses media planning and research tools to help optimize campaign performance and meet client goals. Coordinates information across media operations, buying, traffic launch, campaign delivery, creative agencies, clients, and other stakeholders. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
