Lead operations for a portfolio of dental practices across Ontario, managing Regional Managers to drive financial performance, patient experience, and operational consistency. Translate enterprise priorities into regional strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and execute cross-functional initiatives. Use data and financial insight to manage P&L, forecasting, and KPIs, build partnerships with clinicians and practice managers, and champion accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requires regional travel and leadership development.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will support the IT operations team, resolving issues for staff and dental clinics, coordinating with vendors, and managing hardware and software support requests.

Support month-end close, validate and reconcile financial data across systems, produce monthly reporting packages, investigate variances, partner with IT and Operations, and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
