Hands-on IT Systems Administrator responsible for automating internal workflows, managing end-user hardware and software, supporting Oracle Simphony POS systems, maintaining networks and VPNs across restaurant locations, administering user access, and developing documentation and SOPs. The role also supports data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and occasional troubleshooting during evenings and weekends. Regular travel to locations across the Greater Toronto Area is required.

Hands-on IT generalist responsible for end-user support, POS (Oracle Simphony) and network (Cisco Meraki) administration across multiple restaurant sites, building automations (Python/Google Apps Script), performing preventative maintenance, and creating SOPs and documentation. Requires travel across the GTA and occasional evenings/weekends.

You'll be assigned a specialization (Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ/Dish Jockey, or Server), train to master it, then cross-train in other roles. The role requires strong customer-service orientation, teamwork, adaptability to late hours, and embodying the companys guiding principles. Staff receive tip sharing, discounts, beverages on shift, birthday dessert, and a monthly pint of ice cream.
