The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning and networking while maintaining existing accounts.

Manage and retain a book of 3PL clients by maintaining strong communication, identifying needs, responding to inquiries, offering solutions, and driving upsell/cross-sell of Delmar services. Develop product knowledge to support client needs and business development.
