Support, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform across global offices. Act as liaison between business and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, manage implementations, integrations, testing, upgrades, data migrations, training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve processes, automation, data quality, and user adoption.

Act as liaison between sales reps and operations to support existing accounts and pursue new business via inside/outside outreach. Prepare quotes, maintain databases, respond to customer inquiries, run review calls, and deliver strong customer service while completing assigned tasks.
