Manage enterprise customer relationships, drive product adoption, retention, and expansion, and demonstrate measurable platform value. Oversee implementation milestones, monitor customer health through data-driven reporting, identify upsell opportunities, and build consultative stakeholder relationships. Create tailored presentations and educational materials, address feedback proactively, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

Source and attract candidates globally, manage candidate pipelines in Lever, coordinate interviews, conduct initial screenings, support Talent Partners, post vacancies, and improve recruitment processes. The role also involves engaging passive talent, maintaining accurate ATS data, preparing reports and offer letters, and representing Deliverect at technology events. This is a six-month hybrid contract with regular Toronto office attendance.

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers, managing integrations end-to-end, tracking SLA performance, diagnosing API/webhook issues, escalating to engineering, querying data with SQL and scripting, and identifying expansion opportunities to support revenue targets.
