Partner with the CEO to scale the company from $1M to $100M ARR by diagnosing operational bottlenecks, owning revenue operations and sales enablement, building operational infrastructure and SOPs, shaping market expansion, and supporting hiring, partnerships, and inbound performance.

Perform outbound prospecting (email, calls, social) to generate qualified healthcare leads, research targets, craft personalized messaging, qualify prospects, maintain CRM records, book meetings, and collaborate with the founder to optimize outreach and meet weekly/monthly performance goals.

Own and execute Decoda's content and inbound growth strategy across social, blog, SEO, and paid channels. Produce short-form video and written content, design experiments to optimize engagement and cost-per-lead, manage paid and organic performance, implement analytics and attribution (GA4, UTM), track funnel metrics, and collaborate with leadership to align content with sales and brand priorities.
