Own and execute Decoda's content and inbound growth strategy across social, blog, SEO, and paid channels. Produce short-form video and written content, design experiments to optimize engagement and cost-per-lead, manage paid and organic performance, implement analytics and attribution (GA4, UTM), track funnel metrics, and collaborate with leadership to align content with sales and brand priorities.

Partner with the CEO to scale the company from $1M to $100M ARR by diagnosing operational bottlenecks, owning revenue operations and sales enablement, building operational infrastructure and SOPs, shaping market expansion, and supporting hiring, partnerships, and inbound performance.

Build scalable backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines; develop React/Next.js frontends; implement production AI workflows; ensure reliability, observability, and performance; write well-tested code; collaborate with clients and contribute to architecture and design.
