Sell Databricks enterprise cloud data platform into telco accounts, close net-new logos and existing accounts, manage complex sales cycles, meet revenue and activity targets, track opportunities in Salesforce, and build internal and external success plans.

The role involves selling enterprise cloud solutions to Financial Services, meeting with key executives, closing new and existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets.

Lead a regional team of Lakebase sales specialists to drive revenue, pipeline, and adoption by modernizing legacy databases and operationalizing real-time, transactional, and AI workloads on Databricks. Recruit and coach specialists, execute developer/platform sales motions, run architecture workshops, engage CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, and provide field feedback to Product and GTM to scale regional strategies and partnerships.
