Serve as the primary technical pre-sales lead for large enterprise accounts, defining technical strategy, driving ML/AI and data-driven adoption, building technical champions, coordinating virtual teams, and supporting sales to deliver business outcomes using big data and cloud platforms.

Lead a regional team of Lakebase sales specialists to drive revenue, pipeline, and adoption by modernizing legacy databases and operationalizing real-time, transactional, and AI workloads on Databricks. Recruit and coach specialists, execute developer/platform sales motions, run architecture workshops, engage CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, and provide field feedback to Product and GTM to scale regional strategies and partnerships.

Sell Databricks enterprise cloud data platform into telco accounts, close net-new logos and existing accounts, manage complex sales cycles, meet revenue and activity targets, track opportunities in Salesforce, and build internal and external success plans.

The role involves selling enterprise cloud solutions to Financial Services, meeting with key executives, closing new and existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets.

Partner with sales and customer technical teams to design and deliver scalable Databricks Lakehouse architectures, present reference architectures and demos, validate integrations, and drive adoption of data engineering, data science, and ML solutions. Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle and manage delivery of production data solutions.

The Lakebase Sales Specialist will drive Lakebase revenue through account engagement and effective sales strategies, targeting operational and AI-native applications. Responsibilities include POC orchestration, multi-threaded sales cycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams.
