Leads or supports HRIS implementations and process improvements, creates administration and training materials, and delivers user training. Collaborates with HR, IT, and vendors to resolve systemic issues and enable HR technology adoption.

Installs, maintains, repairs, dismantles, assembles, aligns, and calibrates industrial machinery. Troubleshoots mechanical issues, fabricates parts, maintains repair records, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with engineers and other maintenance personnel to minimize downtime. Requires a certified Millwright 433A ticket and experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and machinery rebuilds.
