The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for recruitment, development, and management of sales teams, driving growth and implementing sales strategies in life sciences and diagnostics.

Design and integrate mixed-signal and high-speed digital electrical hardware for life‑science instruments. Lead end-to-end design from specifications through qualification testing, collaborate with R&D and manufacturing, maintain documentation, and provide post-release support to improve yield, reliability, and cost.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered legal applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI. Partner with legal stakeholders to translate workflows, build document ingestion and vector search pipelines, ship production-grade features, implement governance/security controls, and mentor/legal users while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and monitoring quality and evaluation metrics.
