Supports and improves cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing system maintenance, patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, automation, configuration management, and infrastructure reliability. The role collaborates with Oracle, network, compliance, security, application, and vendor teams to execute projects and drive continuous improvement, including cloud cost optimization and support for security- and compliance-regulated environments.
