Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Scout, Daloopa’s AI-native analyst workflow product. Responsibilities include defining financial analyst workflows, partnering daily with engineering and design, evaluating AI output quality, conducting user discovery, improving engagement and retention, enabling go-to-market teams, and prototyping ideas. The role requires end-to-end ownership, technical judgment, strong user research, and experience shipping AI or complex workflow products in an early-stage environment.

Lead end-to-end product design for Daloopa's Hub, creating information architecture and interaction patterns for dense financial data and AI-assisted workflows. Partner with PMs and engineers, run strategic research with institutional users, prototype 0-to-1 concepts, and maintain design system and internal tooling clarity to prevent configuration errors at scale.
