Lead development of cloud-native front-end features, build reusable cross-platform components, translate designs into production-quality code, optimize performance and accessibility, mentor junior developers, and contribute to full-stack delivery including testing and deployment automation.

Lead design, build, and deploy scalable backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript. Implement event-driven systems (Kafka), REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration, monitoring, and security. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Design and prototype user-centered web and mobile interfaces, conduct user research and usability testing, develop design systems and UI component libraries, collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity, mentor junior designers, and incorporate accessibility and branding into interactive, high-fidelity solutions.

Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for B2B SaaS customers. Manage communications, resolve issues, analyze usage data, run account reviews, collaborate with development, sales, and product to surface feedback and expansion opportunities.

Lead product vision and roadmap, translate vision into prioritized backlog and development stories, champion user experience, work with stakeholders and development using Agile/Scrum, train and present product, and help create product development processes.
