Design, execute, and optimize scalable adoption and enablement programs across a broad book of education customers. Analyze customer health and adoption data to identify trends and risks, deliver one-to-many enablement (webinars, guides, workshops), maintain playbooks, automate journey activities, and partner with Sales, Product, and Support to improve retention and long-term platform value.

Moderate-level community role managing and growing D2L's Brightspace Community: moderating discussions, triaging social inquiries, identifying contributors, running engagement programs, designing community experiences and learning resources, leading projects, and using data to monitor community health and improve UX and knowledge management.

The Senior GTM Strategy Manager will define and operationalize go-to-market strategies, drive product launches, enhance customer growth, and ensure alignment among various teams to improve product adoption and measure campaign effectiveness.
