Develop and automate software tests, define team quality strategies, identify defects and risks, conduct exploratory testing, contribute to code reviews and reliability engineering, and improve automation frameworks. The role collaborates closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other testers in an Agile environment while advocating for users and fostering a strong quality culture.

Leads complex global RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses from qualification through submission. Manages timelines, stakeholders, risks, reviews, writing, editing, messaging, and proposal quality while coordinating cross-functional teams. Provides strategic guidance on pursuit positioning, competitive differentiation, and response effectiveness. Partners with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal, Security, and Marketing, while mentoring team members and improving proposal processes, content, and operational efficiency.

The Business Development Representative cultivates leads and relationships, contributes to sales initiatives, manages pipelines, and monitors sales inquiries. This role focuses on promoting D2L's products in education and corporate sectors.
