Work on an Agile team to own quality strategy, design and write automated tests, perform exploratory testing, read production code, contribute to automation frameworks, coach teammates on quality practices, and advocate for performance and security across the development lifecycle.

Lead multiple concurrent LMS implementation projects, overseeing planning, technical readiness, integrations, configuration, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and post-project reviews. Design and deploy integrations using D2L Web Services APIs, manage virtual project teams, and apply AI project-management and automation tools to improve forecasting and reporting.

Lead preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A, research and document complex technical accounting (IFRS), support M&A accounting, coordinate statutory and external audits, design and maintain internal controls, support order-to-cash revenue analysis and period-end close, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial reporting and control processes.

Write, edit, and manage custom sales proposals, pitch documents, and collateral under tight deadlines. Support proposal team operations by building templates and resources, coordinating reviews with SMEs, enforcing style guidelines, and improving proposal processes and content library. Collaborate cross-functionally, assist on RFP responses, and run special projects to increase efficiency and win rate.

Lead D2L’s global organic social strategy and employee advocacy program. Manage day-to-day social channels, campaigns, editorial calendar, analytics, budget, and a Social Media Specialist. Partner cross-functionally to support product launches, events, and demand-generation while establishing governance, KPIs, and best practices to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Moderate-level community role managing and growing D2L's Brightspace Community: moderating discussions, triaging social inquiries, identifying contributors, running engagement programs, designing community experiences and learning resources, leading projects, and using data to monitor community health and improve UX and knowledge management.

Manage and optimize D2L's Salesforce platform: design and build solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, flows and integrations; support users, perform testing, deployments, documentation, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for K12 and Higher Education products. Develop positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and content. Use AI-assisted tools and analytics to inform research, create content, measure performance, and enable cross-functional teams to drive demand, adoption, and customer success.

Serve as the technical escalation for Solutions Engineers, design and present integration and security solutions for LMS (Brightspace) implementations, scope complex technical requirements for sales, mitigate delivery risks, liaise with implementation teams, and create enablement assets to support sales and services.
