Own end-to-end program delivery for strategic enterprise wealth management clients, from scoping and planning through go-live and steady-state. Manage multiple related projects, client escalations, risks, dependencies, milestones, reporting, and executive communications. Act as the bridge between technical teams and C-suite stakeholders, leveraging wealth management expertise to drive outcomes. Improve program governance, delivery practices, feedback loops, and cross-functional alignment.

Leads the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, financial operations, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. Partners with executives, the board, investors, and People teams on strategic decisions, payroll, resource planning, and profitability. The role also develops scalable finance processes and will eventually build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Hands-on senior backend engineer role building and maintaining Python/Django services. Design, implement, test, deploy, and support backend features, optimize performance, debug across systems, work with large datasets, REST APIs, background jobs, and PostgreSQL. Collaborate with Product and Engineering and own features end-to-end.
