The Account Executive will drive sales of Cyera's cloud data security solutions, handle complete sales cycles, and collaborate with teams to achieve objectives.

Serve as the technical lead for Cyera's platform, driving customer onboarding, adoption, and ROI. Design custom use cases, troubleshoot issues, lead technical workshops and executive reviews, mentor team members, advocate customer feedback to product, and monitor customer health to enable expansion and retention.

Leads a customer success engineering team while directly supporting enterprise customers. Responsibilities include technical onboarding, training, adoption, troubleshooting, success planning, QBRs, executive and technical workshops, renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy. The role serves as a technical expert on Cyera’s data security platform, mentors team members, manages escalations, collaborates with development teams, and drives customer satisfaction, retention, and return on investment.
