Leads domestic and international capital projects from site selection and planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. Owns project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting. The role oversees industrial processing plant development, contractors, suppliers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams while ensuring safe, compliant, commercially viable, and sustainable project delivery.

Administer and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, provide cross-functional user support, configure and customize ERP capabilities, manage enhancement requests, support implementations and integrations, develop documentation and training, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a growing multinational manufacturing organization.

Owns cost-accounting processes across Canadian and US manufacturing operations, including standard costing, inventory valuation, month-end close, production variance analysis, reconciliations, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital-expenditure tracking, and fixed-asset accounting. Partners with operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and finance stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy, controls, cost visibility, margins, and operational decision-making.
