Refine visual identity, build scalable templates, produce digital and quick-turn photography/video, manage external creative vendors, and deliver high-volume creative execution under tight timelines to support commercial growth.

Lead scale-up and commercialization of hydrometallurgical processes from lab to pilot to commercial plants. Develop process understanding, models, mass/energy balances, design basis, and scale-up strategies. Design and support test programs, commissioning, startup, and early operations; analyze data to drive engineering decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Administer and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: configure/customize the ERP, support users across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Operations, gather requirements, manage enhancements and integrations, deliver training and documentation, and support ERP implementation projects and cross-site deployments.
