Designs, commissions, maintains, and improves electrical and control systems for industrial recycling operations. Leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, power distribution and energy-efficiency initiatives, and electrical projects from design through commissioning. Coordinates contractors and cross-functional engineering teams, ensures compliance with electrical standards and safety requirements, documents system changes, and mentors junior technical staff.

Coordinates customer and supplier pickups, maintains CRM and ERP records, monitors orders, resolves shipment and pricing discrepancies, supports onboarding, prepares commercial reports, and assists sales administration. The role collaborates with commercial, logistics, operations, finance, customers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure accurate transactions, timely pickups, complete documentation, and effective commercial workflows across the rare earth materials supply chain.

Leads domestic and international capital projects from site selection and planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. Owns project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting. The role oversees industrial processing plant development, contractors, suppliers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams while ensuring safe, compliant, commercially viable, and sustainable project delivery.
