Manages commercial real estate transactions for corporate clients, including lease, sale, sublease, and purchase negotiations. Oversees documentation, financial analysis, revenue tracking, reporting, broker coordination, legal review, client communications, disputes, and transaction processes. Supports strategic real estate planning, occupancy cost analysis, business cases, and action plans. Leads client meetings, mentors team members, improves workflows, and ensures compliance with state real estate standards.

Conduct market and property research, analyze and validate data, maintain internal databases, support GIS mapping, identify market trends, and contribute to client-ready valuation and consulting reports. The role supports seniors housing and healthcare real estate assignments through research, administrative assistance, report writing, and collaboration with the consulting team.
