Lead delivery of commercial construction, tenant improvement and relocation projects. Serve as single point of accountability, manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, control budgets/schedules, track risks, prepare status reports, chair meetings, and ensure documentation and client communication throughout all project phases.

Lead project setup, implementation and execution for construction and qualification projects. Manage costs, schedule, scope, risks, budgets, contracts, consultants and construction teams. Coordinate with clients, account/portfolio managers and facility teams, prepare reports and drawings reviews, supervise project staff, and support business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and project documentation through closeout.

Serve as the on-site first line of support for assigned zones/buildings: welcome employees and guests, troubleshoot requests, ensure space readiness, submit work orders, educate users on protocols and equipment, capture voice-of-customer feedback, escalate issues, and identify process improvements.

Perform facility EHS duties including hazardous/battery/e-waste pickup and shipment coordination, chemical and refrigerant inventories, ventilation and noise surveys, monthly inspections, hot work audits, evacuation planning, energy metrics reporting, and supporting lab waste management and compliance audits.

Supervise and train maintenance technicians to maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety), manage work orders, vendor contracts, budgets, inventory, and safety programs. Respond to emergencies 24/7 and ensure compliance with codes and client/company policies while implementing preventive maintenance and cost-saving best practices.

Lead and evolve spatial data standards, governance, and processes; translate spatial and occupancy data into business value; partner with technology teams for implementations; modernize methods and playbooks; advise clients and support practice growth across regions.

Provide front-desk and telephony support, manage visitors, coordinate facility management and security access, assist with data entry, vendor bill verification, mail and travel bookings, liaise with contractors and telecom agencies, and help implement FM and EH&S procedures.
