Leads global and site security programs across facilities, offices, and laboratories. Responsibilities include security operations, risk and vulnerability assessments, crisis response, investigations, threat awareness training, vendor and contract coordination, governance, technology roadmaps, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role manages security budgets, supports law-enforcement relationships, advises executive leadership, and maintains 24/7 readiness for security incidents and emergencies.

Leads immunology clinical research from target prioritization and preclinical translation through first-in-disease programs. Partners with discovery, translational medicine, clinical development, and business development teams to evaluate assets, shape clinical strategies, design early-phase studies, define biomarkers and patient populations, and support go/no-go decisions. Serves as a hands-on clinical subject matter expert in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, representing the organization with scientific leaders, investigators, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for clinical development programs. Oversee study design, SAP authoring, data analysis, TFL/CDISC deliverables, CRO/vendor oversight, regulatory interactions, and interpretation of results to support submissions and program decisions.
