Teams at CSL

Lead CSL's sustainability reporting and disclosure program: own the reporting platform and data governance, manage sustainability data (GHG/Scope 3), oversee audits, support emissions modelling, and partner across functions to meet global disclosure requirements.

Investigate and resolve minor-to-medium employee relations cases, manage ADA accommodations and attendance issues, advise and coach managers on corrective action, facilitate terminations, document cases, partner with legal and leadership, and support ER program development and training.

Lead and grow a team to develop and validate analytical biochemistry methods and in vitro assays supporting discovery through early clinical development. Define bioanalytical strategies across modalities (especially DNA/RNA therapeutics), oversee assay data quality, manage internal and external collaborations, drive innovation and technology adoption, and ensure regulatory-compliant data generation to advance therapeutic candidates.
