Teams at CSL

Lead hands-on architecture and engineering for production-grade AI applications. Establish development, deployment, security, testing, observability, validation, and incident-response standards. Productize scientist-built prototypes using cloud-native full-stack systems, agentic development tools, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and reusable platform integrations. Partner with Quality, Cyber, platform teams, and R&D scientists to ensure regulated-system compliance, production readiness, and reliable operation.

Creates brand-consistent presentations, reports, digital content, campaign materials, infographics, templates, and executive communications. Translates complex scientific, financial, and corporate information into clear visual concepts while applying accessibility and brand standards. Manages multiple design briefs, review cycles, production deadlines, asset libraries, and supplier coordination across print and digital channels. Partners with corporate communications and stakeholder teams and monitors emerging design tools, including responsible AI workflows.

Owns the global product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for CSL Plasma’s US and European donor payment platforms. Partners with engineering, finance, compliance, cybersecurity, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, personalized payment experiences. The role manages regulatory requirements, payment integrations, experimentation, fraud and risk capabilities, vendor relationships, and outcome metrics such as donor retention, payout cost, payment errors, time to payment, and disputes.
