Leads enterprise architecture across cloud, AI, integrations, cybersecurity, and modernization. Ensures systems are secure, scalable, resilient, available, compliant, and supportable. Identifies technology gaps, recommends solutions aligned with business goals, and drives digital transformation. Evaluates system performance, configures applications, supports security implementation, and collaborates with business teams, contractors, and technology stakeholders.

Leads the cybersecurity team and enterprise security program, overseeing security operations, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, penetration testing, security policies, audits, and security-by-design practices. Manages security analysts and external providers, develops cybersecurity awareness programs, establishes performance and risk metrics, supports disaster recovery planning, and advises business stakeholders on security risks and controls aligned with NIST and other industry frameworks.

Owns end-to-end architecture for CSA Group’s OutSystems and Microsoft Azure platforms. Designs secure, scalable, highly available enterprise solutions; establishes architecture standards and governance; builds prototypes and reference implementations; conducts code-level reviews; resolves complex technical issues; and leads modernization and remediation roadmaps. The role partners with development teams, vendors, security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and executives while evaluating emerging technologies and aligning solutions with enterprise strategy.
