Develops accurate, engaging content across written, digital, video, and event channels. Partners with business stakeholders to align communications with corporate strategy, measures campaign effectiveness, manages project budgets, and serves as the primary internal communications contact.

Manage assigned medium-sized accounts by initiating and driving the sales process, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining client records, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing, meeting sales targets, and providing customer service and product certification guidance.
