Lead and execute continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across divisional plants. Analyze workflows and supply chain data, implement Lean tools and system developments (dashboards, automated reporting, IoT/machine data), establish KPIs, train and mentor CI champions, and lead Kaizen events and reliability/safety programs to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and sustain operational excellence.

Licensed shop-based millwright/machinist responsible for rebuilding, repairing, installing, troubleshooting, and improving decorator inker systems. Performs machining, welding, fabrication, rigging, precision alignment, and operates shop equipment. Supports PMs, shutdowns, overhauls, documents work in CMMS, manages spare parts, and drives reliability and safety improvements.

Provide SPC and statistical analysis to support plant quality and maintenance. Train personnel in SPC and statistical problem solving, conduct gauge R&R and stability studies, support SOP/document control, lead improvement teams (Six Sigma/Lean), assist audits and certification (e.g., SQF), and generate process performance reports and customer COAs.
