Operates and monitors production machinery, handles materials and finished products, performs quality checks, supports packing, sorting, assembly, and material-handling tasks, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The role requires reporting equipment or quality issues, following safety procedures, cross-training across production functions, and working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Perform complex preventive maintenance, major overhauls, precision mechanical repairs and advanced troubleshooting on can-making and ancillary equipment. Lead rebuilds, alignments, lubrication, startup verification, and document work in eMaint. Coordinate with electricians/controls, support breakdown resolution, drive continuous improvement, mentor maintainers, and maintain safety, guarding, and 5S standards.

Perform complex preventive maintenance, precision mechanical repairs, and major overhauls on high-speed can-making and ancillary equipment. Diagnose breakdowns, lead rebuilds, align and measure components, document work in eMaint, coordinate with electricians/controls, support planning/stores, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
