Provide SPC and statistical analysis to support plant quality and maintenance. Train personnel in SPC and statistical problem solving, conduct gauge R&R and stability studies, support SOP/document control, lead improvement teams (Six Sigma/Lean), assist audits and certification (e.g., SQF), and generate process performance reports and customer COAs.

Lead plant HR operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training, HRIS/payroll administration, leave/FMLA and workers' comp coordination, compliance with laws, onboarding, succession planning, and partnering with plant and corporate HR teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Perform complex preventive maintenance, precision mechanical repairs, and major overhauls on high-speed can-making and ancillary equipment. Diagnose breakdowns, lead rebuilds, align and measure components, document work in eMaint, coordinate with electricians/controls, support planning/stores, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
