Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise security customers. Run POVs and POCs, address technical objections, demonstrate platform value, and build technical champions. Partner with sales on account strategy, manage technical evaluations, maintain CRM and MEDDPICC discipline, and advise regional SE teammates. The role requires security analytics workflow expertise, familiarity with SIEM platforms, data architecture fluency, and experience supporting cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments.

Develop and maintain software integrations connecting Cribl’s stream processing engine with systems such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and cloud storage platforms. Research third-party technologies, build robust Node.js and TypeScript code, create automated and integration tests, and collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams. Participate in code reviews, documentation, customer support, and a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Leads Cribl’s AMER enterprise Solutions Engineering organization, including SE Managers and Solutions Engineers. Responsibilities include talent development, technical presales strategy, enterprise deal support, proof-of-value execution, platform selling, cloud migration, quota and consumption growth, executive presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and partners. The role also drives AI-enabled productivity, standardized sales methodologies, customer adoption, and technical enablement.
