Lead a backend engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable, high-throughput financial services systems. Provide hands-on technical leadership, drive architecture and delivery, mentor engineers, run incident response and on-call, and improve team processes for reliability, observability, and code quality.

As a Staff iOS Engineer, you will lead mobile app architecture, collaborate with teams, improve development practices, mentor engineers, and stay updated with industry trends.

Lead architecture and development of Credit Genie’s iOS apps using Swift (Swift 6). Implement UX from design mocks, collaborate with product/marketing/engineering, improve development practices, mentor engineers, contribute across the development lifecycle, and evaluate emerging technologies to scale the app.
