The Analytics Engineer partners with business stakeholders and data teams to translate reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions. Responsibilities include integrating disparate datasets, developing optimized SQL queries and reporting tables, improving data models, building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks, maintaining semantic-layer definitions and governance standards, and applying software engineering practices such as version control, continuous integration, and code reviews. The role also provides actionable business insights and supports evolving analytics requirements.

Lead one or more product domains end-to-end, identify high-leverage problems, define hypotheses, and work with data, design, and engineering to ship AI-enabled features. Run experiments, prototype with AI tools, build systems across workflows and platforms, and iterate quickly from exploration through enterprise-scale product delivery.

The Director of Program Management will drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, ensuring alignment and the delivery of cohesive systems in a fast-moving environment.
