Translate the needs of applied scientists and ML engineers into priorities, proposals, and platform capabilities while balancing reliability, cost, scalability, and technical debt. Lead discovery, evaluate build-versus-buy options, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, drive platform adoption, and support migrations from legacy tools. The role requires technical product management experience and practical understanding of production machine learning systems.

Lead product marketing for Coveo’s commerce solutions by developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, value propositions, customer narratives, marketing content, product launch materials, demand-generation messaging, case studies, and sales enablement. The role translates complex AI technology into compelling messages for diverse audiences, supports pipeline growth, and collaborates with product management, customer teams, and sales.

Own and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including availability, performance, networking, and security. Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional cloud initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Security on threat detection, segmentation, incident response, and cloud security improvements. Identify and resolve infrastructure risks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical guidance. Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell supports infrastructure and operational automation.
