Builds lifecycle segmentation, customer health and adoption programs, executive engagement, advisory boards, user groups, communications, and voice-of-customer initiatives. Partners with Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to turn customer insights into actionable growth and go-to-market priorities while leading the customer marketing team.

Builds secure, automated identity and access management tooling, including access request workflows, self-service APIs and interfaces, user lifecycle pipelines, audit logging, and access review systems.
