Own Coupa’s AI data governance and readiness strategy, including data fitness standards, AI asset inventories, quality monitoring, source-of-truth definitions, and governance policies. Partner with AI engineering and data teams on API gateway controls, PII protection, prompt security, observability, compliance, and incident triage. Translate GDPR, SOC 2, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and related requirements into actionable standards while supporting enterprise AI/ML delivery.

Lead design, automation, and maintenance of cloud-based database infrastructure (primarily SQL Server and MySQL). Improve reliability with monitoring, HA/DR, automation, troubleshooting, on-call support, and mentoring of junior engineers while collaborating across teams.

Lead and architect Coupa integrations and professional services engagements for large global customers. Drive solution design, conduct architectural reviews, standardize delivery practices, collaborate with product and documentation teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and coach consulting talent to ensure successful Procure-to-Pay/S2C implementations and go-lives.
