The QA Analyst develops test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases; executes system, integration, regression, and UAT testing; manages defects; validates data and document outputs; and communicates quality risks and testing status. The role collaborates with business, development, project management, operations, and client teams across platform, automation, billing, interface, and communication initiatives. It also contributes to QA process improvement and supports project planning and release readiness.

Supports year-end tax reporting, reconciliations, filings, remittances, refunds, adjustments, and compliance administration for security holder accounts. Validates tax documentation, investigates discrepancies, liaises with tax authorities and stakeholders, supports audits and regulatory changes, and maintains procedural documentation. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, analytical judgment, communication, and deadline management in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment.

Develop and support Quadient Inspire customer communication management solutions for print and electronic communications. Responsibilities include building solutions, unit testing, investigating technical issues, documenting procedures, tracking tasks, reporting status, and providing on-call support. The role requires reviewing business and technical requirements, validating and reconciling solution constructs, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with testing and technical teams.
