Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions across a diverse technology environment.

Manage new-client implementations and ongoing projects, serving as the primary client contact. Gather and document requirements, coordinate internal resources, manage timelines and budgets, develop project estimates, configure databases, communicate progress, support service transitions, and assist with software-release testing. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, business-process analysis, technical problem-solving, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
