Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting for multiple business units. Manage a team of three, partner with business leaders, monitor revenue and expenditures, support billing and accounts payable processes, and identify opportunities to improve financial systems and workflows. The role also supports reporting automation, financial system upgrades, executive outlook presentations, and strategic decision-making.

Designs, builds, and supports high-performance studio infrastructure for post-production and VFX environments. Leads architecture across storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, servers, rendering, and security systems. Provides technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting, capacity planning, project delivery, vendor evaluation, documentation, and infrastructure modernization. Partners with global engineering, production, security, operations, and studio leadership to deliver reliable, scalable, resilient infrastructure.

Develop and maintain scalable VFX pipeline systems and production tools across departments. Provide technical support to artists, troubleshoot workflow issues, automate repetitive tasks, research technologies, document tools, and contribute to Agile sprints. The role requires strong Python development, pipeline infrastructure, CI/CD, package management, DCC integration, and Qt/PySide UI experience in a VFX or animation studio environment.
