The Transaction Manager will handle client relationships, manage lease transactions, perform lease portfolio analysis, and execute cash flow analyses to support decision-making.

Manage multifamily lease transactions and client relationships for a brokerage team. Perform lease portfolio and financial analyses, prepare cash-flow models in Excel, review and negotiate commercial lease terms, and support RFP/proposal responses while coordinating with senior brokers to deliver client-facing transaction services.

The Senior Strategist will lead client engagements in Workplace Strategy and change management, perform analyses, and develop client presentations.
