Supports and evolves internally developed applications across multiple global initiatives. Gathers and prioritizes requirements, writes user stories, manages Agile backlogs, triages production issues, coordinates with business and technical teams, facilitates workshops and sprint activities, oversees UAT, prepares release notes, and supports change management, training, KPI measurement, and user adoption.

Manage commercial real estate lease transactions and tenant representation while serving as the primary client contact. Analyze client lease portfolios, perform cash flow and financial analyses, prepare written recommendations, review and negotiate lease terms, and support RFP and proposal responses. The role requires strong client relationship management, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor manages full-cycle recruitment from intake through onboarding. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, presenting qualified talent, using market intelligence and data to guide hiring decisions, filling critical roles, and improving candidate and hiring-manager experiences in a fast-paced environment.
