Coordinates retail property marketing campaigns, events, activations, tenant communications, digital and print content, and promotional materials. Manages vendors and agencies, maintains marketing calendars and brand standards, supports customer engagement initiatives, and tracks campaign, social media, website, traffic, and event performance. Conducts consumer and competitor research and prepares reports, insights, and recommendations for property management and ownership.

Directs a global workplace technology program spanning IT service standardization, ServiceNow consolidation, digital workplace definition, outsourced service desk implementation, change management, chargeback, and enterprise project delivery. Manages budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, stakeholders, teams, RFPs, and post-implementation support while delivering standardized global IT services.

Supports and evolves internally developed applications across multiple global initiatives. Gathers and prioritizes requirements, writes user stories, manages Agile backlogs, triages production issues, coordinates with business and technical teams, facilitates workshops and sprint activities, oversees UAT, prepares release notes, and supports change management, training, KPI measurement, and user adoption.
