Manage municipal and transit infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle, serving as the primary client contact, coordinating stakeholders and consultants, controlling schedules and costs, resolving issues, and ensuring project quality and client satisfaction. Lead capital programs, manage project staff, chair meetings, report on financial and schedule status, review deliverables, and support business development activities.

Develops and delivers enterprise and internal communications supporting organizational priorities. Partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging, advise on executive communications and employee engagement, manage communication channels including SharePoint, and lead communications projects. Requires strong writing, editing, stakeholder management, consulting, and project leadership skills.

Coordinates operational readiness, transition planning, facility moves, stakeholder engagement, project schedules, documentation, procurement, and onsite implementation. Leads user groups, project teams, meetings, risk mitigation, client communications, and status reporting across healthcare, post-secondary, corporate, and other facility projects. Supports operational readiness plans, proposal development, quality management, and successful facility activation and occupation.
