Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for optical networking products. Implement new features, resolve legacy bugs, collaborate with hardware, validation, and test teams, and ensure accurate firmware documentation. Coach junior engineers, lead code reviews, support pre/post sales and field engineers, and apply Agile/CI/CD/DevOps practices for product delivery.
