Creates prompts, adversarial examples, and safety test cases; applies detailed guidelines to sensitive and ambiguous content; identifies annotation inconsistencies and provides calibration feedback. The role requires precision, emotional resilience, strong written English, independent remote work, and potential exposure to explicit, violent, sexual, or psychologically disturbing material.
