Hands-on Engineering Lead responsible for system architecture, backend and API design, data persistence, DevOps collaboration, performance optimization, and mentoring a 4-5 engineer team to deliver scalable, secure web applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using React/NextJS (TypeScript) with Python or Node.js backends. Build reusable UI components, implement REST/GraphQL APIs, ensure code quality and performance, troubleshoot production issues, participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to architecture, and mentor junior engineers.
