Develops customized insurance and risk management solutions for credit union clients. Responsibilities include assessing complex risks, creating integrated insurance proposals, presenting recommendations to senior leaders and boards, overseeing large accounts, supporting underwriting strategies, developing risk management materials, and identifying product or service gaps. The role also provides technical guidance, supports product development, and builds trusted client and colleague relationships.

Designs, builds, maintains, and implements backend data solutions, including data stores, models, pipelines, APIs, and analytic solutions. The role assesses data quality, develops automated controls, supports scalable and secure architecture, communicates findings to business audiences, and coaches colleagues. It requires strong data engineering, integration, modeling, warehousing, and management expertise, plus knowledge of the insurance domain and proficiency with Azure data technologies.

Develops and executes integrated B2B2C marketing campaigns supporting business and partnership objectives. Creates campaign plans, content briefs, copy, and channel recommendations; coordinates internal and external stakeholders; manages timelines and deliverables; and evaluates campaign performance against KPIs. Uses quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize partner promotions, strengthen engagement, and drive growth while maintaining on-brand customer and partner experiences.
