Drive full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for enterprise hiring programs. Source and screen candidates, manage talent pipelines, support interviews and assessments, provide market insights through recruitment analytics, and promote the employer brand through social media and job fairs. Partner with hiring managers, workforce planning specialists, and HR teams to deliver diverse talent and positive candidate experiences while managing more than 25 requisitions.

Performs daily bank and general ledger reconciliations, investigates outstanding items, prepares journal entries, processes payments, executes wire transfers, and supports banking changes for field offices. The role also identifies fraudulent bank activity, analyzes outages, reconciles Oracle payment data, and advises business areas on financial error correction and prevention.

Leads the insurance organization’s Risk & Control function, overseeing enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, fraud prevention, control testing, business continuity, model risk, third-party risk, and market conduct. The role provides independent oversight, regulatory and audit coordination, senior leadership reporting, remediation management, governance enhancement, and team development while strengthening risk culture and compliance with OSFI requirements.
