Manage auto insurance pricing projects and actuarial models, ensuring profitability across property and casualty business lines. Lead rate changes, model governance, implementation planning, and strategic pricing roadmaps. Coach and mentor team members, provide training, resolve complex business problems, and advise leadership and business partners on pricing impacts. Requires extensive P&C actuarial experience, strong analytical judgment, and knowledge of pricing principles, capital allocation, and reinsurance.

Performs daily bank and general ledger reconciliations, investigates outstanding items, prepares journal entries, processes payments, executes wire transfers, and supports banking changes for field offices. The role also identifies fraudulent bank activity, analyzes outages, reconciles Oracle payment data, and advises business areas on financial error correction and prevention.

Supports agency operations through sales and service for personal auto and home insurance. Advises clients on suitable coverage, prospects for additional products, performs frontline risk assessments and property inspections, completes client reviews, resolves concerns, and contributes to sales, service, quality, productivity, and profitable growth goals. The role requires obtaining and maintaining provincial OTL licensing and involves continuous client relationship development and peer support.
