Own and grow a portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts: build relationships, source and onboard dealers, drive auction participation and bids, execute full auction cycle, maintain high outreach and KPIs, resolve dealer issues, and track activity using CRM tools to drive repeat sales and revenue growth.

Lead lean transformation and continuous improvement for vehicle reconditioning: measure and analyze throughput, quality, cost, and safety metrics; design and improve processes and layouts using CAD and data; own production projects; run time-and-motion studies; set staffing models; and partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and scale operations.

Partner with the VP of Sales to lead strategic, cross-functional projects that optimize sales processes and tools. Analyze funnel and performance data, support forecasting and territory planning, build dashboards and business cases, and drive change through experimentation and stakeholder collaboration.
