Lead global brand partnerships and enterprise sales for Cloudbeds, closing long-cycle, multi-million-dollar hospitality deals, driving pilots to enterprise rollouts, managing a growing team, representing the company at events, and partnering with execs across Product, Ops, and Commercial to ensure successful delivery.

Serve as HR Business Partner for Customer Success & Onboarding across North America and Canada: advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and Workday-driven People operations. Drive regional HR initiatives, support audits and contractor compliance, and collaborate with global HR teams to strengthen processes and leadership capability.

Lead Cloudbeds' global talent acquisition strategy and a distributed TA team. Partner with executives on workforce planning, executive search, hiring governance, recruiting operations, and talent intelligence. Drive hiring quality, structured interviewing, metrics, and recruiting technology to scale hiring across functions and regions.
