Serves as the primary HR resource for a manufacturing plant, supporting employee relations, attendance, performance, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, leaves, compliance, reporting, and process improvements across two sites. Partners with plant leaders and HR teams to resolve employee matters, maintain accurate records, coordinate workforce activities, and deliver consistent HR services.

Provides FP&A support to the Canadian Customer Team through forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling. Evaluates the financial impact of pricing, product, promotion, assortment, and cost-saving initiatives while analyzing P&L drivers. Partners cross-functionally to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and support informed business decisions.

Manage Amazon customer accounts for Clorox’s Canadian sales organization, with accountability for Brita, GLAD Waste, and Home Care businesses. Drive category growth, brand performance, forecasting, trade spend, negotiations, financial target achievement, and customer investment strategies. Use business insights and financial acumen to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and deliver results while collaborating across teams and responding with speed and agility.

Leads Clorox’s supply chain portfolio of cost savings, innovation, organizational effectiveness, product launches, and CapEx initiatives. Establishes project governance, integrated roadmaps, risk management, reporting, and execution discipline. Coaches initiative owners on project management practices, validates savings with Finance, tracks CapEx performance, facilitates cross-functional alignment, removes barriers, and provides leadership with accurate portfolio insights and recommendations.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within a manufacturing facility by analyzing OEE, developing plant processes, coaching work teams, supporting project governance, and leading improvement or capital projects. The role supports change management, operational readiness, safety, quality, HSE compliance, and manufacturing excellence using TRACC systems and processes.

Responsible for producing accurate item-level sales forecasts using statistical models and historical data (Nielsen, POS), leading monthly consensus reviews with Sales/Marketing/Finance, driving S&OP/IBP demand review processes, monitoring forecast KPIs and errors, recommending actions for shortages, and continuously improving forecast accuracy and processes to support inventory, service, and financial goals.

Provide FP&A support for Canadian business and customer teams, owning forecasting, demand planning, sales and promotion analysis, scenario modeling, budgeting, and KPI reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain and maintain dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools to inform pricing, product launches, and cost optimization decisions.
