Work as a generalist on Strategy & Operations with initial focus on Billing: improve collections, build predictive models, vet vendors (including AI agents), redesign payment conversion processes, and manage Billing Account Managers. Drive cross-functional projects to speed cash conversion, reduce losses, and preserve customer experience while supporting scalable growth.

Supports centralized recruiting through ATS management, interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing, pipeline development, hiring metrics, screening processes, and candidate-experience improvements. Partners with hiring managers on target profiles and hiring requirements, identifies funnel bottlenecks, and recommends process improvements. The role is fully remote and embedded with hiring teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Calculate and process sales commission payouts, maintain commission plans and models, reconcile revenue data using SQL, investigate discrepancies, support compensation plan rollouts, answer rep questions, and build transparent commission dashboards and self-service tools.
