Lead end-to-end experience design for AI Search and foundational AI patterns across Clio. Drive discovery, prototyping, validation, and execution; define interaction models and guardrails; create scalable, accessible design systems; mentor designers; partner with Product and Engineering to set vision, measure outcomes, and ship cohesive cross-team solutions.

The Brand Designer will develop and execute brand designs for Clio, managing projects from concept to final delivery across various platforms and maintaining brand consistency. They will collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to produce high-quality designs for campaigns and sub-brands.

Lead and grow an engineering team for a large-scale SaaS product, providing hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture guidance. Collaborate with Product and Design to set roadmaps, contribute to implementation, hire and coach engineers, and support career development and team performance. Foster a feedback culture and adapt processes and technology, especially around AI.
