Leads product design strategy and execution for fintech products including payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping. Manages and coaches 4–5 product designers, partners with Product and Engineering, drives platform integration, and guides trustworthy AI and automation experiences. Establishes quality standards for usability, accessibility, and design coherence while shaping portfolio strategy and customer-focused financial workflows.
