Clari Employee Perspectives
Tell us about Clari’s approach to the in-office experience.
Our office in Kraków, Poland, housed in a historic 1920s building, features a unique loft-style design that fosters creativity and collaboration. The space includes conference rooms for brainstorming, relaxation areas, a fully equipped kitchen and fun amenities like foosball and ping-pong tables, offering something for everyone. On Wednesdays, we host team lunches and celebrate special events, strengthening bonds and collaboration in our hybrid workplace. The design of our office and the activities we organize reflect Clari’s values, like our “Garage State of Mind” — always dreaming big and staying agile — and our “Dish Assist Spirit,” where teamwork and support drive success. Clari’s culture is truly unique, driven by the inspiring people who make it all possible.
In your opinion, what about your in-office experience feels the most impactful on your daily work life?
I love Wednesdays — it’s my day in the office, connecting face-to-face with colleagues in our hybrid workplace. These moments are priceless for building strong relationships and meaningful partnerships, which often grow into friendships filled with shared laughs and memories. Having a hybrid office fuels my creativity and growth, both personally and professionally. Building connections is important — it fosters collaboration, strengthens relationships and amplifies the impact of our work.
Is there anything you’re looking forward to with the in-office experience?
I’m looking forward to celebrating specific local events, like the end of the Carnival, “Fat Thursday,” or International Women’s Day. I’m most excited about how these activities strengthen our team, foster collaboration and celebrate success. Other events we host, such as conferences, community meetups and Java User Group sessions, reflect our focus on innovation, community engagement and team bonding. They’re also great opportunities to grow, learn and contribute to something greater.
There’s so much on the horizon, and I can’t wait to see how these activities unfold and where they lead us. Without a doubt, they’ll result in remarkable things.

Describe your sales team culture in one word. Why did you choose that word?
Collaborative! I chose collaborative because our sales culture thrives on partnership — within the team and across the broader organization. Whether it’s strategizing on deals, sharing best practices or working closely with marketing, RevOps and product, there’s a deep culture of openness and support. Everyone’s success is seen as shared success, and that mindset pushes us to win together.
What are your team’s traditions or growth opportunities, and how do these traditions help team members connect, evolve and stay motivated?
One of the most impactful traditions at Clari is our weekly CEO-led town hall. It keeps everyone — from sales to product to customer success — connected to the bigger picture. Hearing directly from leadership about company priorities, wins and challenges reinforces transparency and alignment, and it makes every employee feel like a stakeholder in our success.
Within the sales team, we pair that with regular deal strategy sessions, peer coaching and a strong focus on enablement and career development. These traditions help us stay motivated, continuously sharpen our skills and feel connected not just to our team but to the mission of the entire company.
How does a strong team culture make you feel more connected to your day-to-day work?
A strong team culture makes the work feel bigger than just hitting a number — it creates a sense of purpose and belonging. When you’re surrounded by people who genuinely care, who share knowledge openly and who celebrate each other’s wins, it drives you to bring your best every day. At Clari, the culture of support and collaboration makes me feel invested not just in my own success, but in the success of the team and the company as a whole. It keeps me engaged, motivated and proud of the impact we’re making together.
