The Data Solutions Analyst will support sales by providing data expertise, creating sales collateral, configuring demo environments, and managing data integrations.

Lead and scale a high-performance commercial organization to hit net-new ARR, renewal, expansion, and NRR targets. Build repeatable sales processes, hire and coach AEs/BDRs, refine GTM messaging, enforce pipeline and forecasting discipline, and align Sales with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to win complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure deals.

Build, deploy, and maintain production data pipelines using Airflow/Cloud Composer and BigQuery. Design efficient data models, optimize queries and pipeline performance, and deliver custom client solutions from prototype to production. Collaborate with analysts, Product, and Customer Success; continuously improve data infrastructure and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and debugging.

Manage and improve marketing and CRM data quality, build and maintain audience segmentation, execute email campaigns/newsletters, and enable clean demand-gen to BDR handoffs. Troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, support marketing systems and automation, and operationalize AI-agent workflows for data enrichment, QA, and campaign readiness. Partner with Demand Gen and BDR teams to ensure campaign lists, routing, and reporting support targeted outreach and follow-up.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications: design data models, implement backend APIs, create dynamic frontends, optimize databases/SQL, deploy on GCP with Kubernetes/Helm, instrument APIs, write design documents, reduce tech debt, and communicate with stakeholders.
